"Green-field" projects: manufacturing plant, automotive supplier
The task:
To find local managers for the entire team, as well as specialists
for a newly built plant in Trnava, Slovakia
The Selection Criteria:
- Experience in manufacturing
- Language proficiency (English or French)
- Knowledge of production systems
- Management experience - people management
SYNERGIE Solution:
For this project, we used the method of active search, including direct contact focusing on the following:
- Identification of candidates on the local market
- Personal interviews using behavioral techniques
- Confidential search (executive search / headhunting)
The Result:
We succeeded in finding a suitable candidate for the position of a Plant Manager. Along with this position, other members of the management team were recruited, as well as specialists such as Quality engineer, Metrologist, Methods Specialist, etc.
We successfully implemented a similar project for a client in the steel industry in Senica, Slovakia.
